Important Reminders
  1. Must switch a smartphone line to AT&T from a competing wireless provider and activate a smartphone on a postpaid wireless rate plan.
  2. For each line switching service, fill out the form below providing a unique American Airlines AAdvantage® number, the associated first and last name, and the new AT&T wireless number.
  3. Your new AT&T line must remain active and in good standing on a qualifying postpaid wireless plan for at least 60 days from your activation date to qualify.
  4. American Airlines AAdvantage® bonus miles will be credited to the AAdvantage® account provided within 8–10 weeks after the 60-day qualification period.
  5. Submissions with incorrect AAdvantage® numbers or missing wireless requirements will not qualify for the offer.
  6. Check your reward status at att.com/rewardcenter by logging in with your new AT&T wireless number and billing zip code. Please allow 7 to 10 days after submission to view your offer status.
